Dusty black decor could use daily cleaning!!! Noise disturbances from hallways detracted from relaxation!!! TV remote absent and bath cleanliness left much to be desired!!!

The location was brilliant, around 10-15 minutes walk from Hoge Kempen National Park. There where a shopping centre and a market around the hotel. The restaurant was nice with delicious food and for every budget.

The bedding was extremely comfortable. The location of Hotels was terrific. Convenient elevator from room level to parking level. Nice looking place and comfortable at the same time.
No room service available. No tissues in room. No washcloths. Bad quality towels and toilet paper.

The staff at Carbon Hotel were friendly. I particularly enjoyed the gourmet meals at the Michelin restaurant, where each dish was good and service was perfect. My beautiful room was spacious and designed with a modern flair.
Cleaning could be improved.

We had a cracking time! The staff were pure brilliant, giving us a lovely upgrade. The spacious room was decorated in a braw style, and the breakfast with its scrumptious selection was a proper treat. One wee downside was the dodgy shower light, but honestly, we loved it!

Location, furnishings, style.
Hotel has the potential, but fails miserably for the business traveler as the wifi was not working in the room, and little elsewhere. Despite requests to sort it, no-go. The menu in the restaurant was disappointing. Breakfast was not well organised, and not staffed adequately.

I like the atmosphere and the quitness. And the interior design is fabulous.
What I did not like was the fact that there was no room service. Or if there was this was not clear. But the worst part was the Restaurant Gusto, staff is lazy, not qualified and the food is pretentious and expensive. It too nearly 45 minutes to get a carapaccio and once we got it it was super, super small and tasteless.Pity cause this really spoiled our stay at the hotel which is great. I would reccomend the hotel but definetly not the Restaurant.

The food and service were good.
The design of the rooms and the entire hotel are too cold everything is black. The toilet, the sink, the walls etc. The bathroom in your room is a step up from the floor. The lighting is difficult to figure out. This hotel is not for me not coisy at all.

The room was nicely designed. Free minibar.
It was not clean. You could see watermarks and fingerprints everywhere in the bathroom. The table lamp had no bulb in it.

I didn't like the back loo I didn't think it looked or smelt clean the dark tiles in the shower seemed to be hiding how clean it really was, also the flooring wasn't comfortable and you could see where was highly used and dirt was ground into it. The room had no tea and coffee making facilities.
